The Compliance Committee and The Risk Assessment Committee

Our group has established the "Compliance Regulations" and "Risk Management Regulations" to ensure compliance with laws and regulations as well as to manage business risks.

Specifically, we have set up committees directly under the Board of Directors, chaired by the President, and regularly convene the Compliance Committee and Risk Assessment Committee. These committees focus on the formulation and revision of the "Compliance Regulations" and "Risk Management Regulations," the creation of guidelines and manuals, and employee education. We continually strive to maintain and improve our compliance and risk management systems. Furthermore, by integrating these systems with various ISO process management frameworks, we aim to mitigate potential business risks.

Our group recognizes safety and quality as top priorities and organizes the "JESCO Group Partner Association" with the participation of partner companies. In addition to daily site safety practices such as pointing-and-calling and hazard prediction (KY), we hold safety and health communication meetings, special safety patrols, and various training sessions. Additionally, with the involvement of regulatory authorities, we host the annual "JESCO Group Safety and Health Conference" every spring.

We have also established an "Internal Reporting System Regulation" and set up an internal reporting channel, creating a framework for reporting potential compliance violations.

Elimination of Anti-Social Forces

Establishment of the "Regulations for Addressing Anti-Social Forces"

Our group has established the "Regulations for Addressing Anti-Social Forces" and takes a resolute stance against such entities. We strictly refuse to provide any form of benefit to anti-social forces under any circumstances and are committed to severing and excluding all connections with them. Before initiating any business dealings, we conduct investigations to confirm that the counterparty is not an anti-social force. For existing business partners, we have a system in place to periodically verify their attributes. Additionally, we sign memorandums to ensure the elimination of anti-social forces.

Furthermore, within our group, we have appointed and registered a person in charge of preventing undue demands with the Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Commission. We have also established the "Manual for Addressing Anti-Social Forces" and, when necessary, consult with relevant authorities such as local police stations, anti-organized crime centers, and legal advisors to take appropriate actions.
