JESCO is formulating a general employer action plan, as detailed below, to enable employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by preparing an employee-friendly environment that makes it possible to balance work and childrearing in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

1) Implementation of measures to promote the taking of annual paid leave

Promotion of a preplanned annual paid leave system

2) Publicizing of systems aimed at increasing the childcare leave utilization rate

Publicizing of maternity leave, childcare leave, childcare short-time work, and other systems and working conditions when employees utilize these systems
