JESCO Co., Ltd. was established in August 1970 in Hoya City (now Nishitokyo City), Tokyo, for the purpose of engaging in the electrical equipment construction business. The Company subsequently became a holding company in a corporate separation implemented in September 2004 and changed its name to JESCO Holdings, Inc.
