with engineering as our core.

The five locations in Vietnam are expanding by undertaking engineering (design, estimation, procurement) projects from numerous domestic clients. The Vietnam team currently consists of 250 people. In order to respond to the rapidly growing demand, we aim to build a team of 300 and will also focus on improving technologies such as BIM.

※BIM（Building Information Modeling）：A system that 'visualizes' 3D digital data of buildings, including information on area, materials, component specifications, performance, and finishes. It allows owners, designers, and construction stakeholders to share a clear image of the building.

We collaborate with the domestic technical departments. By utilizing DX and web technologies (smart glasses), we conduct real-time design and inspection. This aims to maintain quality, speed up processes, address labor shortages, and improve efficiency.

―Contribution to infrastructure developmentー

Our group has been involved in the electrical system design and installation at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh) and Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi). We have also received inquiries for numerous projects in neighboring Asian countries. Thanks to these achievements, our Vietnam-based company, JESCO ASIA JOINT STOCK COMPANY, has obtained an electrical business license from the Vietnamese government. This allows us to directly undertake electrical system design for systems under 35,000V within Vietnam.

EIECTRICAL BUSINESS LICENSE  FROM  THE VIETNAMESE GOVERNMENT

We design and install solar power generation systems using the rooftops of large industrial facilities such as factories and stores, taking advantage of the abundant sunlight in Vietnam.

Our achievements in Japan were recognized, leading us to participate in an ODA project. We built a disaster prevention information system to mitigate flood damage in the Hue region of Vietnam.

We have participated in large condominium projects for numerous overseas general contractors, handling everything from design and construction to maintenance.
