SUGAYA DENKI KOUJI, INC. joined the JESCO Group on October 2, 2017.

SUGAYA DENKI KOUJI was founded in April 1950 in Tsumagoi, a village in northwestern Gunma Prefecture. The head office subsequently relocated to Maebashi City and the Shibukawa Branch, which includes a construction department, opened in Shibukawa City. Aspiring to be a comprehensive telecommunications engineering company capable of meeting diverse needs—installation of overhead transmission lines, power generation and substation equipment, electrical equipment, and information communication and mobile communication systems—we are serving customers primarily in the northern Kanto region.

Deploying technological capabilities rooted in expertise cultivated since the foundation of the company, we have gained a notable track record. We have always endeavored to earn our customers’ confidence as the company of choice for installation of electrical and communication equipment and provision of related services, and we have sought to contribute to a vibrant regional society. In the course of our development, we have cultivated a loyal customer base.

The environment in which we operate is undergoing far-reaching change, including reform of the electricity market and the wider energy sector, reflecting the rise of renewables, and the need to respond to the data-driven society brought about by the rapid progress of IT.

In these circumstances, by joining the JESCO Group led by Chairman Matsumoto, SUGAYA DENKI KOUJI’s long-cultivated expertise has been integrated with the JESCO Group’s cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in Japan and overseas. We are committed to meeting the needs of the new era by vigorously introducing new technologies, which are the fruits of accelerating innovation, and refining them to address customer needs.
